About the Artwork: The Precipice
Where I created this piece: Rue Bonaparte, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris France.
What I love about this piece: This piece has both a timeless and nostalgic presence, while at the same time the subject - the man on the vespa - is clearly looking ahead with hope to the future. The push and pull between stillness and movement is underlined with the deep shadows and vibrant color hues of the blue door and striking red tail light.
