I use high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) files when printing my photographs.

Image previews in my print shop are intentionally low-resolution so that you have a smooth customer experience (your page loads faster!).

Any watermarks or copyright markings are not present in printed artwork.

The sizes and print ratios I choose to offer is specific to each piece of artwork. In general, the sizing details I offer are available below.

Please allow up to 10 business days (two weeks) for me to prepare your artwork order before shipping.

This includes necessary print production timelines for limited-edition prints.

I will send you a shipping notification email once I’ve shipped your order.

Shipping & Delivery typically takes between 2-5 business days for US & Canada customers, however, this ultimately depends on the carrier, time of year, etc. Sometimes factors beyond my control (weather, the holidays, etc) can extend the delivery timeline of your artwork.

Shipping to Customers in the US: Studio Di Sarlo provides free shipping to customers in the US for orders over $75 USD.

This free shipping discount is applied automatically during the checkout process, if the shipping address you enter is in the United States and your pre-tax total is $75 or greater.

For orders shipped in the US totaling less than $75 before taxes, your shipping costs will be calculated during checkout and added to your final total during the checkout process.

International Shipping outside of the US: International Shipping is available for select countries at checkout and will be added to your final total during the checkout process. Please note that any applicable tariffs, import taxes, and “last mile” delivery fees are your responsibility. Please review my Delivery & Shipping Policies for more details.
