About the Artwork: Evening, Palais Royal
Where I created this piece: The Palais Royal, Paris France.
What I love about this piece: The moody shadows hiding in the high stone arches at the bottom of the frame. These shadows are illuminated only by the glow of the lamplight. which stopped me in my tracks, as the glow from the lamps happened to be in perfect harmony with the reflection of the setting sun in the windows above.
