What I love: The details are what makes this iconic, "typical" image so captivating: notice the kayakers and small boats in the foreground, the bright blue ripples of the sea, and the clear water exposing the rocks below the surface. You can spot the sun bathers and cliff jumpers congregating along the rocks, and beautiful details of the small cafés nestled below the colorful houses. The colorful, rainbow colored buildings are dotted with beach towels drying along the tiny terraces. The green hilly background hints at the green lushness that surrounds this beautiful stretch of Ligurian coastline.
