Dusk in the quiet streets of Menton's old town, almost within eyesight of the Italian border. France meets Italy throughout these hilly streets.
Where I created this piece: Rue Longue, Menton, Côte d'Azur, France.
What I love about this piece: The end of the path cannot be seen, creating an emotive, contemplative moment of beauty. The rainbow colored buildings are muted in the fading light of dusk, yet the lampposts aren't yet lighting the path ahead. To me, this piece encapsulates the journey, the in-between, and a quiet adventure.
