About the Artwork:Apéro
A string of lights illuminates a waiter serving customers at the Bistrot Victoires in central Paris.
Where I created this piece: Bistrot Victoires, Place des Victoires, Paris France.
What I love about this piece: The visual of a woman walking home, solo in the background of the image (against a fabulous Parisian door), as the glow from the terrace lights illuminate the quintessential after-work activity in the foreground: l’aperitif.

✴︎ Artwork Size: the size of the artwork itself 1.25 x 1.25 inches (2 x 2 inches framed). I print each piece here in my studio - it may be tiny, but the details are on full display. (I do love how a small piece of art can really pull you in!).
Tiny Details: Hand-Painted Frame & Canvas Backing
✴︎ Framing: I’ve hand-painted the frame in a gorgeous deep iridescent bronze, which beautifully picks up the light from different angles around the room.
✴︎ Canvas Backing: The canvas backing is also painted in the same shade of iridescent bronze, creating a beautiful back to the ornament, should it show itself a bit on your tree.
✴︎ Velvet Ribbon: I’ve selected a beautiful velvet ribbon to tie around the sturdy triangle hook on the back of your frame. You can remove this ribbon if you choose to use the piece as a small finishing touch to a gallery wall instead of as an ornament!
